In her private practice Ellen Ferguson is committed to supporting others in developing self-awareness and accountability for their personal well-being.  She has spent more than twenty years cultivating, studying and participating in the finest holistic approaches for pristine care and balance of the human spirit.

Ellen has talent and skill in a number of areas that provide tools for every day living. She is a certified life coach through Coach For Life and is also a certified Interactive Imagery Guide through the Academy for Guided Imagery.

With the understanding that energy is in everything Ellen has integrated a number of energy techniques into her practice and teaching, including Healing Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique Ô (EFT), and Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine techniques.

As a practicing RN Ellen has experience in patient care and management in ICU, CCU, ER, hospice and home health.  She received an AS in nursing from the University of Albuquerque in New Mexico, a BSN from Sonoma State University in California, and an MHA from the Sacramento Center of the University of Southern California.
